Good Advice for Bad People

Its all about communication. Words mean very little behind tone and cadence, we can speak forever and you’d never understand me, but let me show you a song, and we can cry, or laugh, or hurt together, and then you’ll hear what I am trying to say.  Empathy is best achieved through melody. 

Its gives me time to think, time to plan out all the words and imperceptible vocal shift and dress my intent up in guitar riffs and violin lines and drums and everything that fits to make my point, and to make it clearly.

Except then, sometimes my intention changes, and instead it reveals itself to me, and I realize my foolishness.

I thought for a minute that I knew what I was talking about.
